Meet Peggy Phillips – Founder & C.E.O of Dial M Productions
Peggy Phillips has been captivating audiences and creating unforgettable events for most of her life. Known for her sharp comedic timing, dynamic hosting skills, and magnetic stage presence, Peggy turned her passion for entertainment into a thriving business when she moved from Northern California to Los Angeles in 1985 and founded Dial M Productions. Soon after, she wrote and produced the now-iconic Dial M Murder Mystery, which continues to entertain private and corporate audiences across the country.
Career Highlights:
Peggy began making waves in Las Vegas and Reno, producing, directing, and casting events for casino slot tournaments and high-roller weekends. Her ability to deliver custom events with precision, creativity, and within budget quickly set her apart.
She’s also deeply committed to supporting the military, personally organizing and producing seven entertainment tours for U.S. troops overseas.
As a Music Producer for the WWE, Peggy spent five years casting and producing original theme songs for wrestlers and contributing to the RAW TV show’s music segments.
Her love for collaboration and community building led to the development of customized team-building programs in the 1990s. She’s worked with major clients like Netflix, Amazon, Yelp, Microsoft, NAVSEA, Intuit, and American Express—creating experiences that motivate, unite, and inspire.
Peggy is also a contributing journalist for The Hollywood Times, covering music and entertainment in Los Angeles, Nashville, and Austin.

Jesse March – Performer, Host, Educator
Jesse March is a seasoned theater artist, host, and educator with over two decades of international performance experience. A native of Los Angeles, Jesse holds a Master of Fine Arts from Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). His creative journey has taken him around the world, performing in Mexico, Scotland, England, Indonesia, France, and beyond.
His performances have been praised as a “Tour de force” and “So close to perfection that it’s difficult to write a review,” with the Times-Standard calling his work “Hilarious.”
In addition to performing, Jesse has a deep passion for teaching. He specializes in physical theatre, comedy, dramatic structure, and interpersonal communication, empowering students and professionals alike to unlock their creative potential.
As a host, Jesse brings a perfect mix of wit, charm, and control—whether leading corporate team-building events, game shows, or communication workshops. His engaging and approachable style makes him a favorite among clients seeking memorable, interactive experiences.
Jesse is also instrumental in expanding Dial M Productions and Dial M Murder Mysteries into new regions. I have used Peggy and Dial M for more than 15 years in my job as an event coordinator and I would highly recommend her!! My events range in size from 200 people to 15,000 and she has consistently hit it out of the park no matter the size. I have booked bands, stilt walkers, casino nights, petting zoos, murder mysteries and more. My list is too extensive... If you’re wanting to know whether she tailored her programs to meet our needs. My answer is “absolutely”. The smaller programs were generally for the City Council and Commissioners and Clean / fun programming is a necessity with that crowd!
